  She is super proffesional we are very happy with her serives which she has done for us.she looked after so well she is so polite and nice she is a great make up artist please go and visit her .she knows what she is doing 10/10 superb serives good luck

  I am writing this review to serve as a warning for those who intend to go yo Hi Fi hair and beauty. I had my hair done (permanent straightening) and spending 8 hrs. My result was not pleasing anddidnt last even a single wash.AND i was asked my hair will remain straightened till atleast 8 months.and if cared properly can last upto a year.

  This is simran here!! This is my husband's profile !! I went to this place on 17/01/2017!! Meenu is so unprofessional !! They don't know how to do hair and how to do makeup !! She was busy in attending other clients while doing my hair !! No cheek highlights no eyebrow highlights was done !! No hair spray was used properly!!

  Anyways now comes the worst part !! I gave her feedback to her In her inbox n instead of apologising she blocked me from the page !!if someone will not like her service she will either delete ur comment block u from her page!! How unprofessional !! Than I called her to Ask her why she did that she hang up the phone!! Will never recommend this place to anyone !! Worst experience so far in Melbourne !!

  (Don't trust these photos, this the photos just after the first step and use the straightener to do that, after the 2nd wash its looks worse than my actual hair. I can send the original photo, if you don't have one. Done colour as well, after one wash, grey hairs are visible again. And she is claiming, she done the good job��.very funny. Don't trust at all. She saying something else before hand, and completely changed.) she's keep deleting my post and comment.

  Not happy with hair smoothening, smoothening suppose to make it more smooth, it's more rough than original hair. You did't really care about customer satisfaction and kept saying it is better when it is way worse than before. I would hope that you will have a solution to fix them, as I have paid for it.
